How it all started
Our story did not begin with a company name.
It began with an unlikely path, a few trusted people, and a belief that good technology can change the shape of a life.
Programming was becoming more than work I enjoyed.
It was a way to shape how companies operate and how new opportunities are created.
The first idea was simple: use technology to make work lighter, systems clearer, and opportunities easier to reach.
Progress should be measured by what improves for the people using the product.
For a while, local responsibilities, a new role, and remote client work all ran in parallel.
That experience taught me how to build trust remotely: communicate clearly, deliver steadily, and understand the client's priorities.
Existing client work turned the idea of a company into a practical decision, with real costs, risks, and responsibilities.
It came from a love of programming, but also from opportunities that were already in motion.
The first name was Coetic: code ethics.
The intention was simple: useful software, built with care and designed to last.
The name later became Coetic X. The commitment stayed the same.
Early client work arrived through referrals, delivery partners, and technical networks, from short engagements to longer collaborations.
Together they expanded the craft across mobile apps, web platforms, product work, and multiple time zones.
Coetic X started with one person. Friends, engineers, and interns later joined to build and learn together.
The company values became visible through the work: stability, learning, growth, passion, and trust.
Edona was the first person I reached out to.
As CMO and a trusted right hand, Edona Rexhepi became a quiet backbone of the company: challenging ideas, shaping decisions, and keeping the vision grounded.
A new office opened in Prishtina. It was not a grand arrival, but a careful investment in a place where the work could grow.
Work, travel, meetings, and delivery were becoming one system: local decisions with effects far beyond Kosovo.
The map widened through logistics work in London, payment projects around Amsterdam, and a warm product collaboration with HelloDearest.
The company was still small. Working across teams and time zones made clear communication and dependable delivery even more important.
At the same time, another dream was quietly taking flight.
Between client calls, travel, team management, and delivery, I was training to become a helicopter pilot. For a long time, almost nobody knew.
That secret became real in Mallorca.
During a team gathering, I invited a few people from the Accointing/Glassnode team for what sounded like a helicopter tour. At the airport, they learned it was a flight-training session.
The technical range widened: media infrastructure, crypto tax logic, virtual try-on SDKs, and complex frontend systems.
The difficult projects sharpened both the engineering and the judgment around what good delivery requires.
Then 2023 tested the company from several directions.
Several engagements ended, income became less predictable, and expectations had to be reset. Savings, discipline, and calm decisions kept Coetic X standing.
After a difficult stretch, the work recovered.
New delivery at the end of 2023 and long-running relationships with Changing Digital, Povio, and private clients proved the practical value of trust.
Digital identity, mobile security, and verification became a larger part of the work, with reliability central to each product.
Visits in Ljubljana and Maribor turned remote trust into real conversations, shared meals, and stronger collaboration.
A Finnish referral brought a new kind of work.
Video calls had to work through lock screens, notifications, closed app states, and real mobile constraints. A short engagement grew because the delivery earned more trust.
Some clients need Coetic X inside an existing team. Others need one senior engineer to carry a difficult problem from uncertainty to release.
The work called for more than code: clear communication, technical judgment, and close collaboration with the wider team.
Today, Coetic X combines senior mobile and web engineering with direct founder involvement, from the first problem to release.
The next chapter will be earned the same way as the earlier ones: through useful work, clear judgment, and trust built over time.
