Delete your account and data

Updated August 28, 2026

Pilot Planner is developed by Coetic X LLC. This page explains how to delete your account, what is removed, and what is kept.

Request complete deletion Email us to delete your Pilot Planner account and all associated profile and study data. You can also remove your sign-in account and main profile from inside the app; contact us afterwards if you want us to verify and remove separately stored records.

Remove your sign-in account in the app

The in-app control removes your authentication record and main profile record.

  1. Open Pilot Planner and make sure you are signed in.
  2. Go to your profile, from the account icon in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Confirm when the app asks. Your sign-in account and main profile record are removed and you are signed out.

If you signed in with Apple or Google and the app asks you to sign in again first, that is a security step required by the sign-in provider before an account can be deleted. Sign in and repeat the steps above. To ensure separately stored study, reminder, profile-photo, licence, or medical records are also removed, send the email request below.

Ask us to delete the account and associated data

To request complete deletion, including if you have lost access to your sign-in method or already used the in-app control, email info@coetic-x.com from the address on the account, with the subject Pilot Planner account deletion.

We may need to confirm that you control the account before we act, so that nobody else can delete your data. We aim to acknowledge within a few working days and to complete verified requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in record, including the email and password or the link to your Apple or Google sign-in.
  • Your profile: name, date of birth, country, phone number, profile photo, and any licence and medical-certificate details you recorded.
  • Your study data: exam and practice results, progress, saved and bookmarked questions, and study reminders.

What is not deleted, and why

  • Backups and provider logs. Copies can persist briefly in our hosting provider’s routine backups and operational logs before they age out on that provider’s normal cycle.
  • Purchase and subscription records. Your transactions belong to the App Store or Google Play. We keep the minimum record needed for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations. Deleting your Pilot Planner account does not cancel a subscription — cancel that in your App Store or Google Play account settings, otherwise it will keep renewing.
  • Crash diagnostics. Crash and performance reports are retained on our diagnostics provider’s standard schedule and are not linked to your study records.
  • Support email. If you have written to us, that correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and to meet any legal retention duty.

This cannot be undone

Deletion is permanent. Your progress, saved questions and results cannot be restored afterwards, and creating a new account will start you from the beginning. If you only want to stop the reminders, turn notifications off in your device settings instead.
